Hi, I’m Rachelle — a licensed therapist, mom of five, and the creator of Heal, Hustle, Nap. I help overwhelmed moms find calm in the chaos with simple, trauma-informed tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and balance. I believe you can heal, pursue your passions, and still rest — all without guilt. Around here, we’re doing motherhood differently: with more grace, more naps, and a lot more peace.
My Story
For years, I lived in a constant cycle of hustle, survival, and guilt — trying to be everything for everyone while quietly falling apart inside. As a therapist and a mom, I knew what emotional regulation looked like in theory, but living it in the middle of tantrums, deadlines, and sleep deprivation felt impossible. Heal, Hustle, Nap was born in those moments — between the overwhelm and the deep desire for peace. I created this space to remind other moms (and myself) that healing doesn’t mean having it all together; it means giving yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and build a life that feels peaceful and honest. Today, my work blends my professional background with real-mom reality — helping women find calm in the chaos and remember that rest is part of the work.
