Every resource, toolkit, and guide is designed with care to help overwhelmed moms find calm, clarity, and connection. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we’ve created this Refund Policy to keep things transparent and fair.

🌸 1. Digital Products

All of our digital products — including downloads, toolkits, guides, printables, and courses — are non-refundable once delivered.

Since these items are accessible immediately after purchase, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please be sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it’s right for you.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or didn’t receive your files, contact us at hello@healhustlenap.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make sure you receive your materials.

🌿 2. Coaching or Services (if applicable)

If you purchase a 1:1 coaching session, workshop, or service, your payment holds your spot and is non-refundable once the session begins.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly work with you to find a new time.

🌼 3. Free Resources

Our free downloads and resources (like the Emotion Regulation Tools Freebie) are complimentary and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

🌷 4. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please email hello@healhustlenap.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll happily issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
