75-Day Grounded Reset

  1. Daily Movement (30 minutes) Choose one: Walking (stroller counts), gentle strength, yoga/stretching, dancing/mobility, any movement that supports your body. RULE: one session. No doubles. No "make-ups."

  2. Nutrition (simple + doable) Each day: Prioritize protein at 2 meals, eat one fruit or veggie, drink ~80 oz of water (adjust as needed) No food rules. No restriction. No guilt.

  3. Mental Fitness (10 minutes) Choose one: journaling, breathwork/grounding, prayer or meditation, emotional regulation practice, reading something calming or growth-oriented.

  4. Reading 10 pages OR 10 minutes Nonfiction that supports growth, healing, or mindset (audiobooks count if you're listening with intention)

  5. One "Future You" Action One intentional step toward: your work or business, finances, home systems, health, learning or planning Small counts. Momentum matters.

  6. Daily Check-In (2 minutes) At the end of the day: Did I keep my promises today? What helped? What do I need tomorrow? No shame. Just information.
