Day 1: I almost forgot 😬😬
Started the day off strong with some bodyweight exercises while I was waiting on my family to get ready to go eat breakfast at my mother’s house. I also incorporated some stretches and a few yoga poses because let’s be real, I haven’t really been exercising consistently for a while and my body felt it.
I completely forgot I was doing this after finishing my family event today, but I did get the rest done later this evening. I finally cracked open my new book, The Artists Way, and did some reading from chapter 1 and a little bit of chapter 2. I am really excited to start that journey. If you’ve read through this, let me know what to expect!
I do need to plan to get some better fruit tomorrow because that orange did not hit the spot today. I really think it’s been in the fridge too…
